Our seamless Domain Name Forwarding service can be used to forward internet traffic for your domain name to another internet server and/or email server. The service works by hosting your domain name with us and we can then forward either your internet traffic or your email traffic or both to another internet server of your choice. This is an ideal service for companies that may have their own 'In House' email server but do not have the capability or experience to manage their own name servers. Domain Forwarding costs £ 20.00 + VAT for two years.

Email Forwarding
Email forwarding is an great service for smaller companies and businesses that want to start using their new domain name straight away and who already have an existing email address to recieve emails on.
With your domain name hosted by us we can then create email addresses on our email servers for your that forward any emails to an existing email address or addresses that you set up with us. The whole process is seamless and delivery takes place at that same spedd as it would if you had an email box with us, usually within seconds of reciept. The cost of Email Forwarding is £ 20.00 + VAT for two years.

Sub Domain Creation
Sub Domains for your domain name such as support.your-domain.com, sales.your-domain.com etc. can be created very easily for any domain name hosted with us. Control of the creation of the sub domains depends on the type of service that your recieve from us. With the Business Host package you are in control and can create your sub domains through the Secure Control Center. Should you have any other hosting package or one of our forwarding packages, we will set-up any new sub domains for you.

Domain parking is an ideal solution for anyone who has found a domain name and want to secure it before anyone else does but don't have a website or hosting set-up in adavance. We offer a simple holding page that lets people know that the domain name has been secured by one of our clients. The holding page is supplied free of charge and displays your domain name with an advertisment for Spellbound IT. Should you wish for a more personalised holding page with your company logo and contact details on it, we can provide this for you at a cost of £ 35.00 + VAT.

Domain Tranfers
If you already have a domain name and would us to host it on our servers you can transfer your domain name to us. For a .uk domain name there is no cost to transfer the domain name to us as long as the domain name is not due for renewal. For all other domain names there is a minimum £ 20.00 + VAT (depending on the type of domain name) tranfer charge which includes a further years registraion free. Domain Renewals
To renew a domain that you already host with us please click here Domain name renewals are usually for a fixed period of 2 years, however with some domain names it is possible to renew them for up to 10 years. Once we have recieved your renewal request we renew the domain name on your behalf and contact you to advise you that it has been completed.
